Refund policy

At Purrs & Wags, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we’re here to help! Please review our refund policy below for details on returns and refunds.


Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You must request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.


Non-Refundable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-refundable:

  • Opened or used pet food, treats, and supplements.

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”


How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] or call +1 (800) 123-PAWS (7297) to initiate your refund request. Please include your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions for returning the item.

  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and include the RMA number on the package. Ship it to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  4. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.


Refund Methods

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • If you paid with a credit card, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired item on our website.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
